There was a point in my life when I had a storage unit full of area rugs. I kept buying more, searching for the right one, wondering why my home just didn’t feel like home. Until one day, a good friend told me, “Girl, it’s not the area rug.” At that point I realized that although the life I was living looked great on paper, below the surface I was drowning. That simple but profound truth was a turning point.
During that time, I was also moving through a life experience that demanded every ounce of strength I had. I felt disconnected not just from others but from myself. When I finally emerged, I realized I needed to reclaim my softness—without losing the powerful resilience I had earned. In a world of constant notifications and digital noise, I found clarity not in optimization, but in the quiet intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the earth.
Into The Wellderness was born from that rediscovery. Drawing on my background in nutrition and fitness, and supported by certifications in Somatic EMDR, Life Coaching, Nutrition, Mindfulness Facilitation, and Trauma-Informed Care, I’ve created a whole-health approach that helps others find their way home—to your strength, your sensuality, your center.
